Here is a one of a kind custom class ring we designed for a client in Texas. Their customer came in wanting to incorporate various elements from other unique rings, along with a couple of class ring designs.
Within the recessed areas of the ring, a scroll work texture was added to mimic a hand-engraved look. At the moment, this might be hard to see, as this is just the casting of the ring. However, once our client finishes the ring, black enamel will be added to make these areas stand out.
Above the texture work, the text “ASU” and “2024” were added on each side, and a tapering beaded pattern makes up the outer walls of the ring. At the top, a rectangular cut turquoise will be set as the center stone, along with six round cut diamonds. The six diamonds will be recessed and set into the top, larger beads, accenting the center stone.
Within the video posted below are some images from our client of the finished ring. The customer was thrilled with how the final ring turned out, and there you can see how the enamel really helps add depth and bring out the texture work.
