Is it possible to have one of the designs cast in a different metal?
Yes, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to work with you in getting everything set up.

Why do you not offer over night shipping within the US?
All our items are made to order to insure the highest of quality. We currently do not offer overnight shipping as order usually have a 1-3 day handling time.

Do you offer overnight or express international shipping?
No, we do not offer overnight or express shipping. We can only guarantee a set time frame for your package to reach the local customs office. Once a package reaches customs it is out of our control. Shipping from there will be determined by region and location.

I ordered a ring, but put down the wrong finger size can I have this change?
Yes, just ship us back the ring with the correct finger size and we will make the changes. Please allow 3 - 5 days for sizing.

After receiving my item it is not what I want. Is it possible to return it and get something else?
Yes, we offer a 30 day no questions ask full refund. Just ship that item back to us and the buyer will be refunded the full amount. *In order for return to qualify for a full refund all items must still have the tags attached and be in brand new condition. Damaged, scratched, or broken items will be returned back to sender. We are also not responsible for any times lost or stolen during the return shipping process. Any issues will need to be address to the mail carrier.*

I put down the wrong address, have not updated my account info to my current address, or did not give enough information regarding my address (ie. PO Box or zip code), what do I do?
We understand that things happen and we our here to help. Feel free to send us a message including the updated information and we will be happy to make the changes insuring the packages makes it to the correct location on time. If the package has already been shipped and a PO Box was left off, the package will be return to us and we will contact the buyer requesting updated information. We are only able to ship to the address provided by the customer at check out. Please be sure that all account information is up to date and 100% correct. If a buyer finds themselves in a situation where the package was shipped to an incorrect address or and old address do to incorrect information being provide, please contact us immediately. Our team will look into the matter and work on each case on a per customer basis.

How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?
To cancel an order you may login into you account and cancel the order or contact us. To make changes to an order you need need to email us detailing the changes that need to be made. We would be more than happy to help you make the necessary changes to the order.

How Do I Return My Order?
All orders need to be returned to return address listed on the mailing label.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer three different types of shipping within the United States. Free shipping, which has a travel time or 2-8 business days, Standard shipping, which has a travel time of 2-5 business days, and express shipping has a travel time 1-3 business days, For international orders we only offer priority international shipping. Travel times varies depending on regions and arrival times also vary depending on local custom's office.
