Here is one of the sprued trees for an Initial B Pendant we made for a client in Texas. This is just one of two flasks that will be cast. Their customer is looking to have 9-14 pieces made. Each pendant has been printed to ensure each piece has the highest level of detail. If we would have cast and finished one pendant, then made a rubber mold, the B and overall shape would have been fine, but the texture would have gotten lost or at least looked smoothed out. Just because there is always a percentage of detail lost each time you make an impression of an item.
These pendants are being cast in sterling silver and the flasks should be getting cast this week or next. Once everything has been cast we’ll post a follow up to show how the pendants came out. If you have a customer who is looking to have multiple created contact us today.
