Custom Made Pear Shaped Diamond Head

Here is an image and rendering of a custom head we design for a client’s customer. We did happen to get a video of the print siting within the customer's ring along with their diamond. However that clip some how got corrupted, but we still do have a photo!

Basically their customer came in wanting to replace their original center stone with a much larger diamond they had just purchased. All while still using their original ring. Our client clipped off the original prongs, cleaned up the original head, and shipped it to us to custom make the new mounting.

Along with the much larger pear shaped the customer also wanted a small gallery of rounds around the new head. Which you can see in the print. How it is going to be set is we made a thin pear shaped guide that sticks out from the bottom of the head. This is the same size as the original head. It fits flush into place and will make soldering the two together quick and easy.
