Custom Made Halo Engagement Ring and Wedding Bands 3d Print / Casting

Here is the 3d print and casting for an engagement ring and wedding bands we designed for a client’s customer. Up first is the casting tree for the two bands. The engagement ring is pear shaped so you can see how the bands are going to rest again each side of the shank. The back band has a thin bar that will go under the gallery of the engagement ring and will give the look as if the band stops on either side of the halo. The bar is just there for support. Without it the band could easily bend while being worn. Now here we have the 3d print of the halo ring. You can see how the first band will fit flush with the point of the ring and now here hopefully you can see second band will rest against the shank and how that support bar is not visible. We’ve already cast the engagement ring; this was a sample print sent out to our client. Using it to show how all 3 bands will fit together.
