Here is a custom 14K yellow gold diamond ring we recently designed for a client in Texas.
The ring features a 3-carat round center diamond, along with 22 round diamonds ranging in size from 3mm down to 1.2mm, and 24 princess-cut diamonds tapering from 3mm down to 2.2mm.
The overall shape and design was inspired by our client’s ideas, and we worked closely with them to create a model that fit the selected stone sizes.
This ring was also cast using the client’s metal, which is a service we offer, that many other jewelers do not. Reusing existing gold is a great way to help reduce costs along with repurposing sentimental pieces to create something new and meaningful.
With so many stones and varying sizes, this was a challenging piece to set, but the final result turned out beautifully.
