Curved Style Diamond Engagement Ring 3d Print

Here we have the 3d print of a curved, S, or wrap style engagement ring we designed for a client. What’s interesting about this design is the ring you see here is going to be bezel set with a 4mm round diamond and cast in yellow gold. However, the customer wants the wedding band to be cast in white gold and is going to insert and wrap about this ring within the negative space. The pattern throughout the surface at the moment might look a little unfinished. This is because these areas are really guides for our client's jewelry. Their customer wants these to be bright cut and that is something that is done at the bench after casting. By having the guides it helps speed up the finishing process as well as just making things easier on the jeweler. Currently the print is with the customer to check the fitting and to help them decide if they are going to have stones set in the wedding band or additional bright cuts.
