Aruba Delta Logo Pin 14k Yellow Gold Castings

Today we wanted to show off the castings for a set of Aruba Delta pins we designed for a client in Georgia. For this order we designed the base of a Pin in the shape of Aruba and inlaid within the island is the delta logo, cast up 10 pieces for the order, and then made a mold of the base. You might notice there are 12 pieces shown in the video, when they sent over the metal to be used for the casting they had extra so we casted 2 more for free to be used as back or for any future orders. We also added a textured backdrop to help the text stand out once the piece is high polished.

For us we were only asked to design the model, print, cast, and mold the item. Our client’s jewelers are going to be soldering on the pins and they will be adding in colored enamel into the Delta symbol, which we do have an image they sent us of one of the final pieces.
