Here we have the 3d print for a man's 14mm wide diamond wedding band we designed for a client. The band is going to be set with all round diamonds, but their customer wanted it to appear squared off rather than rounded. So we laid out the smaller stones, prongs, and mill grain to give the ring the visual appearance of having right angles.
The diamonds that are going to be set throughout the band range from sizes 7mm down to 1.6mm. All the prongs have also been made thicker than we normally would do, again this was done to help the ring appear larger than it is. The customer wanted that thicker bling or eye catching look. Even the mill grain is larger than normal measuring about 1mm instead of the typical .3-.5mm.
