Here is the 14k yellow gold casting of a twist or infinity style pendant. The layout and shape of the pendant was designed around a smaller pendant the customer already had. Which is going to be soldered on to the inner tear drop of the piece shown here. Their original pendant measured around 16mm x 8mm, which brought the total size of this pendant to around 40mm x 20mm. Then finally, accenting the customer’s original piece will be the two rows diamonds. Here 19- 2.5mm rounds will be channel set.
For this piece we already clipped the sprues off because some additional shaping needed to be done at the bench to fully achieve the shape the customer was going for. However once the diamonds are set, our client’s jewelers will do further shaping and rounding of the surface, but everything will still be pretty close to what you see here.
