Here is the cast for a unique antique style ring we remade for one of our clients customers.The customer’s original ring has been worn down to almost nothing. The split shank in the back is out of round and the mill grain scroll work on the sides is paper thin some parts are almost gone. The new ring was designed so that the original ring can remain intact. The new setting will takes a different shape center stone so some parts of the scroll pattern needed to be changed to account for the larger setting. The customer also requested to have the new ring thicker and the bottom of the shank solid so the ring will no wear down as fast as the original.
