Here is a crest signet ring we modeled, printed, and cast for a client. The video to the left shows off the 14k yellow gold casting and finished product. We’ve already clipped the sprues and given it a quick filing to check for any porosity along the surface. The detailing among the top design ranges from about .2mm up to 1mm in width. The smallest areas are around the helmet, might not be able to see everything in the video, and the widest areas are the borders or wider parts of the scroll work. While we didn’t get a clip of the print, our client did send us a photo of the finish piece. Customer was thrilled with the final product and out client's jeweler did a great job finishing /polishing the ring.
