Item Specifications: What is it?: This is a downloadable digital 3d model. This is not a physical item or a finished product. This is used as the first step in making the physical item.
Measurements: This wedding set has been designed to take around a 12.10mm emerald cut stone. There should be enough clearance and material to adapt the head slightly for an off cut standard stone. Of course all of this can be adjusted in software if needed. The shank measures about 2.2mm wide and is about 2mm thick. This also tapers down to about 1.4mm thick along the bottom. This gives enough material for casting and clean up. For more measurements check out the last image included within the set.
Finger Size: The model is set to a US size 8, but the rounded shank makes it easy to resize in your preferred modeling software or at the bench after printing or casting.
Stones: 1- 12x10mm Emerald Cut.
Style: Elegant Wedding Set.
Gender: Unisex (Male or Female).
Texture: Has the classic nugget style that using flat surface transitions to convey the nugget style rather than a texture itself. Between the pattern a faint texture was added to help each nugget shape stand out, but this type of texturing is more to help accentuate the surface after casting.
Files: The download contains a zip file that has both the stl for the model. The model is manifold (watertight) and ready for printing. Included with the main model is the stones and the sprues if you would like to print the model fully ready for casting.
Types of Printers: This model can be printed on just about any SLA (or advanced) style of 3d printer. Here in our studio we've tested the model on a wide range of printers. These range from entry level machines such has AnyCubic or Elegoo all the way to the mid to high end machines such as the B9Creations or Formlabs.

Uses: Digital models are perfect for individuals and jewelry stores alike. If you're someone who is wanting a piece custom made, picking up a digital model is a great way to save money. You can either have us or have a local store print / make the piece. If you're a store, having a collection of ready made printable files is perfect for filling out a showcase with unique designs not mass produced in wholesale catalogs.
