Here is a wedding band we laid out for a client's customer. We used their original engagement ring to create the shape and curve of the new band. The customer wanted the two rings to fit flush but also wanted to be able to see the stones from the top. Placing the stones on the outer border of the shank allows for the solid section to sit underneath the halo plate while keeping the diamonds visible.
