Here at Moore's Jewelers we offer 3 different types of United States shipping options along with 1 international shipping option.
Our 3 shipping options are:
Free Shipping: Arrival Time 2-5 Business Days
Priority Shipping: Arrival Time 2-3 Business Days
Express Shipping: Arrival Time 1-3 Business Days
We do not offer an overnight shipping option as all our products are made to order and require a handling time of 1-3 business days.
For international shipping we offer international priority shipping. The delivery time will be based off of your region and location and arrival time will be based off of local customs office.
Returns
We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, full refund guaranteed. In order for returns to qualify for a full refund all items must still have the tags attached, in original packaging, and be in brand new condition. Any tampered with, damaged, scratched, or broken items will be return back to sender. We are also not responsible for any items lost or stolen during the return shipping process. Any issues will need to be address to the mail carrier.
Refund Instructions: Refund shipping cost are to be paid by the party returning the purchased item(s). Please print the provided label, found within the checkout email or under the manage orders tab within the purchaser's amazon account, and attach said label to the package being mailed. Once the package is received we will inform the buyer and the items will be inspected. If everything seems in order the buyer will be granted a full refund. If items appear tampered with, damaged, scratched, or broken we will contact the buyer for further analysis. If we feel uncomfortable or suspect suspicious activity is taking place we will deny the refund and items will be returned to sender.
Any return request greater than 30 days will not be granted for a refund.
If a refund is given please allow 2-5 business days for the transaction to show up in the purchaser's account.
